Memory Screening

The Village of Schaumburg Nursing Division is offering FREE, confidential memory screenings to residents. The screenings are part of an initiative of the Alzheimer's Foundation of America designed to promote proper detection of memory problems and provide education about successful aging.

The face-to-face, noninvasive screening takes about 30-40 minutes and consists of a series of questions and tasks. It is administered by one of the registered nurses at the Village of Schaumburg and the results are confidential. Screenings are provided on the 3rd Monday of each month.

To register for a screening, call the Schaumburg Nursing Division at 847.923.3766.
