 Boler Company

The Boler Company – Progress Parkway

The Boler Company is the parent company of Hendrickson Holdings, which is a worldwide manufacturer of heavy duty suspension systems for commercial vehicles. The company is constructing an eight-story, 180,000 SF office development just north of Zurich North America. Construction is estiamted to be completed at the end of 2020.


Element at Veridian - 1303 E. Algonquin Road

The first residential development on the former Motorola property was recently approved for Element at Veridian, which will be a 260-unit high end apartment building. The apartment building will feature 201 studio and one-bedroom units, 51 two-bedroom units and eight three-bedroom units. Construction is estimated to begin in Spring 2019.

 Fat Rosie's Fat Rosie's Taco & Tequila Bar – 870 N. Meacham Road

Fat Rosie’s is a full service restaurant with modern take on traditional Mexican fare. Owned and operated by the local restaurant group that also operated Francesca’s Italian restaurant, Fat Rosie’s will feature small plates, shareable “street foods”, and full Mexican entrée options. The new restaurant is estimated to be open by the end of October.

Louisiana Crab & Seafood – 410 W. Higgins Road

Louisiana Crab and Seafood, will serve a variety of Cajun-style food items including clams, craw fish, shrimp, blue crab and lobster.  The restaurant will be operated by the longtime owner of the Sze Chuan restaurant in Chicago's Chinatown neighborhood.  They expect to be open in the coming months.

Taco Maya – 365 S. Roselle Road

Taco Maya is a Chicagoland restaurant that serves tacos, burritos and other Mexican staples. Over $100,000 has been invested in the space to substantially rehabilitate it for occupancy.  They expect to be open by the end of the year.
