Citizens Encouraged to Complete Police Department Survey
In an effort to better serve the community, the Schaumburg Police Department is conducting a citizen survey to obtain valuable feedback from the public. The purpose of the survey is to gauge the department's overall performance, obtain citizen's perceptions of officer's attitudes and behavior, convey community concerns and identify potential recommendations for improvement.
