The Farmers Market

You’ll find locally grown fruits and vegetables, meats, flowers, plants and gourmet cheeses sold by the farmers who produce them. The market also features decadent pastries, baked goods, olives, spices, home made pasta and knife sharpening services. This family friendly activity offers freshly squeezed lemonade, kettle corn and snow cones made on site. Enjoy the unique flavors of summer at the farmers market!

Are you interested in becoming a vendor?

All products sold at the Olde Schaumburg Centre Farmers Market must be grown or produced by the vendor selling them.  Review the market Rules and Regulations to read the requirements and to see if your product qualifies.  If you are interested in becoming a vendor, and your product meets the village's requirements, complete and return an Application with your insurance information, licenses, and payment.  Your application will not be considered complete unless all the required information is provided.  

Fees for the 2019 market season are as follows:

  • Full Season Booth Fees (Full Size):  $250
  • Full Season Booth Fee (Half Space): $125
  • Single Day Booth Fee:  $45 for a single day (if available)

Booth Sizes

  • The booth spaces are the size of two parking stalls which is about 16' x 18.'   
  • There are a small number of half-size booth spaces measuring 9' wide x 16' deep
  • There is an additional weekly fee of $14 per booth space for the extended dates through the last Friday in October.
