Prairie Center Box Office Information - (click for Group Sales Information)

The Prairie Center Box Office is located in the front of the lobby, immediately to your left when entering the west doors.  The box office is open weekdays from 9AM to 4PM and 90 minutes before curtain on performance days.  Phone orders can be placed by calling (847) 895-3600 from 8AM to 6PM during regular business hours.

Tickets ordered online or by mail or phone charge will be mailed to you if your order is received at least seven days before the first event for which you've purchased tickets.  This allows adequate time to get the tickets to you.  Orders received later than this will be held at the box office.  Tickets can be picked up during regular box office hours or upon arrival at the Prairie Center for the performance.

Student ticket prices are good for students of any age with a valid student I.D. Card.

A senior is anyone aged 62 or older (age 65 for ESO concerts).

Tickets at a 10% discount are available for most shows to groups of 20 or more.

Series subscriber ticket orders (a minimum of at least three Main Stage programs) are filled first.  Individual ticket orders will be filled, as available.  PLEASE NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS.  ALL SALES FINAL.

Programs and Artists are subject to change without notice.
