Visit the Swans
Louis and Serena, the village’s Mated Mute Swans, can be viewed from March to November on the Municipal Center grounds. Residents and visitors enjoy strolling the park grounds and relaxing by the lake. Click here to see a live feed of our Swans and information about this program.
Schweikher Home & Studio Tours
The Schweikher House Preservation Trust, provides tours of one of Illinois’ hidden architectural gems, Modernist architect Paul Schweikher’s 1938 home and studio sited on 7 acres in Schaumburg, Illinois.
Trickster Art Gallery– the only Native American owned and operated arts institution in Illinois providing a unique contemporary view of Native Arts, cultural education and awareness.
Schaumburg is located just under 30 miles (48 km) northwest of downtown Chicago and approximately 8 miles (13 km) northwest of O'Hare International Airport.
