High school students planning to take prom pictures on the municipal center grounds should be aware that parking lots at the municipal center will be closed for this purpose due to pre-scheduled events taking place at the Al Larson Prairie Center for the Arts (201 Schaumburg Ct.) and the construction of the new Village Hall.
The parking lot will be closed to the public on the following dates:
- Friday, May 1
- Saturday, May 2
- Friday, May 8
- Saturday, May 9
- Friday, May 15
- Saturday, May 16
We advise students take their prom photos elsewhere. For those who still wish to take their photos on the grounds, legal parking is permitted on residential streets, unless posted otherwise. For your safety, please use caution and stay clear of the fenced-off construction zone.
