As the 2nd largest economic development center in the State of Illinois, Schaumburg is fortunate to attract many new and exciting businesses. Below are a few of the businesses that have opened up in the community recently. View some of the businesses that will be coming to Schaumburg soon.


Andretti Indoor Karting & Games

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games has opened their new 90,000 square-foot entertainment facility located near the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel and Meacham Road. With a total investment of over $40 million, this addition to Schaumburg's Entertainment District marks Andretti 15th location in the United States and its first in Illinois. The expansive facility features a wide range of attractions, including high-speed electric superkart racing on a multi-level track, an arcade with professional racing simulators, a two-story laser tag arena, duckpin bowling lanes, a 7D motion theater, and a full-service restaurant, along with additional entertainment options. For more information, please visit their website.

 

Comcast/Xfinity

1475 E. Woodfield Road/1301 E. Golf Road

Comcast/Xfinity has recently expanded its presence in Schaumburg, moving into Schaumburg Corporate Center at 1475 E. Woodfield Road and opening a new Xfinity store at 1301 E. Golf Road. The company now occupies 61,295 square feet in the office building, while the Xfinity store fills a 3,909 square-foot space in the new out lot next to Aspen Dental. Comcast, a global media and technology leader, offers broadband, video, and streaming services through its Xfinity brand. The company has invested over $6.35 million into both locations. DN Solutions

DN Solutions recently relocated into their new U.S. Headquarters at 360 E. State Parkway. DN Solutions is a South Korean company that is a global leader in the machine tool industry, specializing in CNC machines, turning centers, machining centers, and other precision cutting and metalworking equipment. Fogo de Chão has opened its fifth Chicagoland location at 1950 E. Golf Road., directly across from Woodfield Mall. The chain is known for its Southern Brazilian cuisines, primarily serving churrasco barbequed meats and side dishes. H Mart has recently opened at 420 E. Golf Road, expanding the spacious and well-stocked international grocery destination to the community into a space six-times the size of its original Schaumburg location at 34 E. Golf Road. The company invested over $7 million into the new facility.

Lurie Children's Hospital

Lurie Children’s Hospital has opened their new 75,000 square-foot outpatient center at the northwest corner of Roselle Road and Hillcrest Boulevard. The facility offers pediatric cardiology, neurology, urology, orthopedics, and pediatric surgeries, as well as an ambulatory infusion center (AIC)—the first of its kind outside of a hospital in the Chicagoland area.
