• Water Rate (per 1,000 gallons): $12.39
• Sewer Rate (per 1,000 gallons): $2.58

Payment Methods

• Automatic Draft – Direct debit from your checking or savings account.
• Online payment using WebPay – Pay with your credit card.
• By Phone: 888-829-4485  Please have your full account number ready. Your full account number can be found on the top right of your water bill.
• Mail – Village of Schaumburg, P. O. Box 6755, Carol Stream, IL 60197-6755
• Drop off – 3 Options:
  • Inside the entrance of Temporary Village Hall, 1000 E. Woodfield Rd. 
  • Drop box in south parking lot of Al Larson Prairie Center for the Arts, 201 Schaumburg Ct. Enter Prairie Center Drive from Schaumburg Road.
  • Metra Station drop box near ticket window

Payments are due by the 20th of each month. A 10% penalty is added if payment is not received by the due date. Please allow 7 business days if you choose to mail your payment.
