Why ‘Serena Says’?
The name Serena is inspired by Schaumburg’s beloved Mated Mute Swans, Louis and Serena, who have made their home on the Municipal Center pond. Each year, they welcome new cygnets and have become a cherished part of enjoying Schaumburg’s community spaces. Residents can even watch them in real time on the Village’s Swan Cam.
Committed to Service and Innovation
By launching Serena Says, the Village of Schaumburg continues its commitment to providing accessible, responsive, and innovative customer service for residents.
Serena Says is designed to make connecting with your Village simple, efficient, and available on your schedule.
