How Can I Pay My Water Bill?

The village offers a variety of options for residents and businesses:

Auto Draft: Automatic payment through your bank.
Online: Make a one time payment using your credit/debit card online.
The village accepts Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card.
By Mail: Water bills include a self-addressed envelope for easy return.

In Person: Village Hall - 101 Schaumburg Court, Schaumburg, IL 60193,
or place in drop-off box, located on the west side of the village hall

New Residents Information

New residents must establish water service by completing the New Water Account Form and submitting it to the Water Billing Division. Completed forms can be turned in at the Village Hall, sent by mail, or submitted via email. For more information please call 847-923-4520.

The village issues monthly water billing statements that are due on the 20th of each month.


Late Payments

Late water bill payments received after the 20th of the month will receive a 10% late fee.


Water Shut-Off Notice

The village will issue one final water and sewer service shut-off notice to accounts that have delinquent charges. Prompt payment by the shut-off date listed on the final shut off notice will be necessary to avoid water from being shut off. Door hangers will no longer be issued by the village.
