Dial 311 for Operator Assistance when in Schaumburg or dial 847-895-4500.
The 311 phone is staffed 24/7 including weekends and holidays to assist callers with general questions or for reporting non-emergency issues (i.e. Tall Grass).
Residents can request service using the online CSR system or have a village representative create it for them. Examples of service requests include reporting a pothole or streetlight outage.
