Payment Drop Box
The payment drop box has been relocated to the south parking lot of Al Larson Prairie Center for the Arts, 201 Schaumburg Ct. Schaumburg Court will not be accessible during construction, which is anticipated to begin Tuesday, April 1. Please enter Prairie Center Drive from Schaumburg Road during this time.
A payment drop box is located just inside the doors of Temporary Village Hall at 1000 E. Woodfield Rd.
The blue USPS collection box has been removed. The post office currently has no plans to reinstall the box. For questions regarding the location of the nearest USPS collection box, please contact the Schaumburg Post Office at (847) 885-6501 or visit usps.com.
By Mail
The village’s mailing address will not change during the move. While online and automatic payments are encouraged, you may continue to use the self-addressed envelope in your water bill and mail other payments to 101 Schaumburg Ct., Schaumburg, Illinois 60193.
In Person
Residents may visit Temporary Village Hall at 1000 E. Woodfield Rd. to make payments in person. All public services are located on the first level of the building.
