Septemberfest will be held Labor Day weekend Saturday, September 5 - Monday, September 7, 2026.
Band promo information should be submitted January through April to be considered for the current year on the Main Stage, Local Stage, and Craft Beer & Wine Garden Stage. Bands/musicians booked at the fest must be suitable for all ages. Bands submit links to their website, music samples on YouTube, sample song lists, social media, music genre, and mention if they’re local to the Schaumburg area.

The Septemberfest Entertainment committee members will review all promo materials received in the spring and they will only contact you if they are able to schedule your band. If your band is selected to perform and receive payment you will need to submit a contract and W-9 form. Septemberfest typically receives 150+ requests from bands that are looking to play at the fest – many that are local. However, we have a budget and a limited number of timeslots. While we wish we could book nearly every band it’s just not possible.
