The Septemberfest Committee reserves 10’ x 10’ paid business sponsorship booths and courtesy booth spaces free of charge for local not-for-profit organizations during the festival. The Septemberfest Committee retains discretionary rights in determining how booth spaces are allocated. The intent of the booths is to provide for paid sponsors and not-for-profit organizations. Courtesy booths are assigned based on availability after the paid sponsor spaces have been filled. Thus, paying for the sponsorship booth space allows your organization the option to select your day(s) to participate. Applicants shall be apprised of their courtesy booth application status in late August. Thus, please schedule your volunteers to work the days you select; however, you may not receive a booth for all requested days.
