Join us as we celebrate the Schaumburg Septemberfest Labor Day parade on Monday, September 7, 2026. The 1.1 mile and approximately two-hour parade kicks off promptly at 10 a.m. and travels northbound on Summit Dr. towards the festival grounds. Line-up will be on Wise Rd. between Roselle Rd. and Plum Grove Rd. at 8:30 a.m. Wise Rd. will close between Roselle Rd. and Plum Grove Rd., and Summit Dr. will close at 8 a.m. except for parade entrants. Final assembly details will be announced in a future letter. All parade units should plan on assembling between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m.

Registration is open to the following groups at no charge:

  • Civic groups
  • Elected officials
  • Local entertainment groups
  • Nonprofit groups

All other entrants are subject to a sponsorship fee of a minimum of $650. Groups interested in participating in the parade by way of sponsorship must submit the sponsorship application available at septemberfest.org/sponsor. Please note that the parade application needs to be completed in addition to the sponsorship application.
