Eligibility:
To be eligible to secure a space at Septemberfest, your non-profit organization must be either based in Schaumburg, or have 50% of its members living in Schaumburg.

Entry Deadline:
July 6, 2026

Taste of Schaumburg's Not-for-Profit Day Meeting Dates & Times:
Participating organizations are expected to attend the following four (4) meetings:

• Initial Information Meeting: Monday, June 1, 2026
• Second Informational Meeting & Application Deadline: Monday, July 6, 2026
• Final Informational Meeting & Parking Pass Distribution: Monday, August 17, 2026
• Critique Meeting: Monday, October 5, 2026

• $350 per booth at Taste of Schaumburg's Not-for-Profit Day on Monday (Labor Day).
• Additional $200 booth fee per day for not-for-profit organizations also participating on Saturday and/or Sunday. This option is only available for approved groups selling daily pop, water, coffee, donuts, lunches to crafters, etc.

All meetings are held in the Lecture Hall at the Al Larson Prairie Center for the Arts (soon to be Al Larson Cultural Center), 201 Schaumburg Court, from 6 to 7 p.m. Due to the Village Hall construction project, you need to enter off Schaumburg Rd on Prairie Center Dr.
