Standard Activations
Standard activations (10’ x 10’ and 10’ x 20’) provide a festival-ready space for engaging attendees. These spaces are ideal for tabletop displays, small-scale interactive experiences, or product demonstrations, and accommodate your staff and materials within the designated footprint. Sponsors receive a high-visibility activation space, a festival-provided tent (sponsors may bring their own if activating all three days), and a table and chairs if requested.

Reduced Rate Local Small Business Activations
Local Small Business activations provide the same high-impact, festival-ready experience as standard activations but are offered at reduced rates for qualifying organizations. To be eligible, businesses must be independently owned and operated, non-franchise, employ 10 or fewer employees, and meet at least one of the following: located in Schaumburg, located in Schaumburg Township, or an active Schaumburg Business Association member if located outside these boundaries.
Premium Activations
For sponsors seeking activation footprints larger than 10’ x 20’, premium activations are available. Because layouts, features, and scope vary, pricing is not available upfront. Sponsors interested in a premium activation should submit a Premium Sponsorship Inquiry to explore options and receive a custom proposal.
