Standard Activations

Standard activations (10’ x 10’ and 10’ x 20’) provide a festival-ready space for engaging attendees. These spaces are ideal for tabletop displays, small-scale interactive experiences, or product demonstrations, and accommodate your staff and materials within the designated footprint. Sponsors receive a high-visibility activation space, a festival-provided tent (sponsors may bring their own if activating all three days), and a table and chairs if requested.

Reduced Rate Local Small Business Activations

Local Small Business activations provide the same high-impact, festival-ready experience as standard activations but are offered at reduced rates for qualifying organizations. To be eligible, businesses must be independently owned and operated, non-franchise, employ 10 or fewer employees, and meet at least one of the following: located in Schaumburg, located in Schaumburg Township, or an active Schaumburg Business Association member if located outside these boundaries.

Premium Activations

For sponsors seeking activation footprints larger than 10’ x 20’, premium activations are available. Because layouts, features, and scope vary, pricing is not available upfront. Sponsors interested in a premium activation should submit a Premium Sponsorship Inquiry to explore options and receive a custom proposal.

Main Stage LED Billboard

Static or animated digital ads displayed on a large LED screen at the Main Stage, reaching a highly captive audience before performances begin and between acts—delivering thousands of brand impressions.

Rates for these opportunities are highly variable and therefore they are not available up front. These opportunities will be handled through a one-on-one, proposal-based approach by the Sponsorship & Marketing team to ensure sponsors' objectives are met while also balancing the established values associated with these opportunities. Company logo will be displayed on all three (3) billboards: Festival Entrance Billboard, Central Billboard and the Main Stage Billboard. 

*Sponsors are granted the first right of refusal to renew naming rights for the same feature/attraction contracted in the previous year unless otherwise stipulated in the sponsorship agreement.
